Delete your Terrinde account

This page explains how to ask for your Terrinde account to be closed (web platform and the Terrinde app for Android, by Norberto Berrueco Betoré) and what happens to your data.

01 · How to request it

From the Android app

1. Open the app and log in with your account.
2. Go to Más → Privacidad y tus datos (More → Privacy and your data).
3. Tap Solicitar la eliminación de mi cuenta (request the deletion of my account) and confirm.

From the website

1. Log in at terrinde.com with your account.
2. Go to Ajustes → Privacidad y tus datos (Settings → Privacy and your data).
3. Click Solicitar eliminación de mi cuenta. From there you can also download a copy of your data first.

Without logging in

If you no longer have the app or cannot log in, write to support@terrinde.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Terrinde account”. If you write from a different address we will ask you to prove the account is yours.

02 · What is deleted and what is kept

Data	What happens
Your user account (name, email, password, app sessions)	It is anonymised 30 days after the request is approved. That margin lets a mistake be undone before it becomes final.
Farm data (plots, jobs, stock, costs, staff…)	It belongs to the company that holds the account. If you are its administrator and also want to close the company, say so in your request and it will be deleted as you indicate.
Subscription invoices and payments	They are kept for the period required by law (up to 6 years, under commercial and tax rules) and then deleted.
Data stored on the phone (session and offline working copy)	The session ends when you tap “Cerrar sesión” (log out). The offline copy is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android settings.

03 · Timescales

We review every request and reply by email within one month at most, as the GDPR requires. For any questions: support@terrinde.com. More information in the privacy policy.
