This legal notice governs access to and use of the website terrinde.com (hereinafter, "the Site") and of the Terrinde farm management platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), which is accessed with personal credentials once the service has been contracted.

Accessing the Site makes you a user and implies acceptance of the conditions in this legal notice. Accessing the Platform as a customer also implies acceptance of the Terms of service.

3. Conditions of access and use

The user undertakes to make proper and lawful use of the Site and the Platform, in accordance with the applicable legislation, this legal notice, morality and public order. The following are prohibited:

• Using the Site or the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties.
• Attempting to access data, accounts or restricted areas without authorisation, including the data of other customer companies of the Platform.
• Introducing or spreading viruses, malicious code or any other system that may damage the Site, the Platform or third-party systems.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Site and the Platform (text, images, design, source code, logos and the "Terrinde" brand) belongs to the owner named in section 1, or is used with the relevant authorisation, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except as provided in the Terms of service regarding customers' use of the Platform.

5. Disclaimer

The owner does not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of the Site, although reasonable efforts will be made to keep it accessible. The owner is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the Site or the Platform by the user, nor for information hosted by third parties that can be reached through links.

6. Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites (for example, official documentation, social networks or suppliers). The owner does not control and accepts no responsibility for the content, availability or privacy policies of those external sites. Including a link does not imply any relationship, recommendation or endorsement by the owner.

7. Reporting unlawful activity

If any user or third party detects content or activity they consider unlawful on the Site or the Platform (for example, fraudulent use of an account or a breach of these terms), they can report it by writing to support@terrinde.com, describing the facts in as much detail as possible. The owner will assess the report and take the appropriate measures.

8. Official publications

In case of any discrepancy between the information published on the Site and that in official publications or registers (the Spanish Official Gazette, public registers or competent bodies), the official publications always prevail.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data collected through the Site and the Platform is governed by the Privacy policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Zaragoza, unless consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
