Cookie policy
This translation is provided for information only. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the user's browser to remember information about the visit, such as preferences or, on a platform with a login, to keep the session open.
2. Cookies used on this site
✅ Necessary — no consent required
Under article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, technical or necessary cookies, which are essential for the website and the Platform to work, are exempt from the duty to obtain the user's prior consent. They are the only ones Terrinde uses today:
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Keeping the user logged in while using the Platform | Technical / session (first-party) | Until the browser is closed or the user logs out |
| CSRF token | Protecting the Platform's forms against request forgery attacks | Technical / security (first-party) | Duration of the session |
⚠️ Subject to consent — not used today
Terrinde does not currently use any analytics, advertising or third-party cookies — there is nothing in this category to accept or reject at the moment. That is why the site shows no consent banner: showing one with no real cookie to manage would create an empty choice and could wrongly suggest that tracking exists.
If a non-exempt cookie (for example, analytics) is added in the future, before installing it a consent panel will be implemented with "Accept" and "Reject" options of equal visual weight, with no pre-ticked boxes and configurable by purpose, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. How to manage or disable cookies
Users can set their browser to block or delete cookies. Bear in mind that disabling technical cookies may stop the login and the Platform from working properly. Help links for the most common browsers:
4. Changes to this policy
This cookie policy may be updated if the cookies used on the site change. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
